SEO Strategies - Getting Links And Writing Good Content

The process of search engine optimization or SEO, shows to be of great help in improving a Web site's search engine rankings, as well as improving the site's overall health, standing and profitability.

This process is known to take some time, and may not give overnight results, however it is an interesting, and fun-filled approach. With this method, there are always new things to learn, because most search engines change their algorithm every once in a while, and by far, according to analysts, Google is the most complicated search engine one to analyze at present.

Getting Relevant Links Is Vital

There are some important steps that Web site owners need to take into consideration, so that so that search engines will not think of your Web site as spam, or worse ban it on their search engines. Probably the most important thing you'll need are links. And more links from relevant sources will help your site figure in the top of search engine rankings, so it's better to do the best methods that would not be penalized by main Search Engines.

So, where should you get your links from? You could get links from Web directories, article directories and from link exchanges with other related Web sites. When submitting to online directories, search for the category or niche most relevant to your site, and verify how many outgoing links the directory has per page. It would be quite senseless to submit to directories that do not follow the Google Web master's guidelines.

Also find out if the directory is indexed by Google. Getting link partners is the most arduous and time consuming aspect of your link building campaign. Most websites will not be very keen to exchange links if they are in the top 10, and you are sadly not. You should also need to look for Websites that are most relevant to yours, for example, you have a Web design site, so it would be best to exchange links with templates or SEO related Web sites, or just about any site that is related to stuff like Web design and development.

Writing Articles Helps

Writing good-quality and interesting articles also helps you get backlinks. How does this happen? When you write one or two article about your Web site's subject, ensure that you include your main keywords in the article, and make it fun but direct to the point as well. Do not write as if you sound like too authoritative or you're the best, as this will only work to scare away your readers.

Include examples, where needed, to back up your ideas, as this will ensure that you look more credible to the reader. If you are not sure about something, search about it if you can't find better not write about it. Be sure to include a link to your website in the author's note, or else the whole process will be useless.

The art of SEO is not that difficult, however not that relatively easy either, there are some stringent rules that you need to follow to rank well on most Search Engines. The problem with search engines like Google, is that it values old pages too much, so whether you have a quite new and informative Website, it would still not be a guarantee that you will probably rank in the top 10 of a search engine, if your main keyword is not a very competitive one.

Brutally Effective Keyword Density Strategies That Are Crucially Important

Article marketing is one of my favourite methods of traffic generation. It is free and it generates leads that convert up to 10 times better than leads from other sources.

A few years ago search engine optimization was extremely simple. All you needed to do was get a few reciprocal links and repeat the keywords that you were targeting and you would get good search engine rankings.

These days the search engines have become a lot more advanced. Google uses Trust Rank which basically means that you need to at least have some sites that it trusts to link to you to achieve good rankings. For example this could be a human edited directory like Yahoo or a major article directory like EzineArticles. The other very important factor is that keyword density is becoming insignificant with latent semantic indexing. For example Google will look at the theme of a website and base the rankings of a particular keyword on all the content on your website.

The point that I am trying to make is that before all you needed to do was stuff your keywords in your web page and you would achieve good rankings. These days you need to have content based on a similar theme to achieve those same rankings for a keyword.

Here is a very advanced strategy that will work very well with latent semantic indexing. You need to use a silo structure on your website. So for example if you have a body building website and your home page has a link to abdomen training. You can improve your rankings by including a link to your category and from this category you would have links to all the subcategories. In this example this could be lower abdomen training.

Rich Jerk, Poor Jerk

My apologies to Robert Kiyosaki, author of "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" for my variance on the title of his book. Rich Dad, Poor Dad offers a lot of information to readers about how one should go about setting up a wealth base.

Recently there has been a lot of negative marketing designed to abuse people by making them feel inadequate. Comments such as "I'm rich and you're not" and "I just bought two cars and a yacht, did you?" and the classic "I'm better than you" are all designed to get attention. In my opinion, that sounds like the sort of thing you might hear in a kindergarten playground.

Since when has having lots of money been the determining factor of being superior? Saddam Hussein had lots of money, so did Adolf Hitler. Idi Amin had a big Swiss bank account. Lots of disgusting people have plenty of money.

If the so-called self proclaimed "Rich Jerk" is so superior why does he have to stoop to this sort of marketing to make a quick buck?

I'll tell you why - because it's getting harder and harder to be unique and stand out from the crowd. As soon as somebody gets a new idea everybody else wants to copy it. Well I sure do hope the imitators stay away from this gimmick.

Predictably, the affiliate marketing brigade is already climbing all over it like the Ebola virus in their quest to get a piece of the action. Some of them even "cluck, cluck" over the tactics then sprout something like how wonderful the content is. Really!

I first saw this technique, dubbed "anti-marketing," a few months ago when I visited a well-known marketer's web page. This guy's name is very recognizable. He was well respected - once. But I fear he is going down a path of self-destruction by doing what he is doing.

His website, a thoroughly boring looking thing, contained several dozen envelopes that you had to click on to read the letters inside. After reading several of these so-called "sales letters" I just clicked away from the site, disgusted. Each letter was crammed with rude, abusive, offensive, obnoxious slurs. If this is where the latest marketing trend is headed then there will be a lot of people who will simply not put up with it.

Shock tactics like this will not last. They might have a short time in the sun but the amusement value will soon wane. You cannot treat people in such a derisory manner and expect to stay on top of the game. Reputations will be lost over this. I guess that's why some people who are doing it hide behind pseudonyms. But hey, this is the internet - word soon gets out about true identities.

The sooner this fad dies an early death the better. I'm reminded of a saying by Lobsang Rampa: "I'd rather be a small shrimp in the sea of faith than a dead whale on the beach."

Next time you see marketing containing these negative hallmarks do yourself a favor. Do what I do, click away.

Breakthrough Affiliate Marketing - 3 Components of a Highly Successful Affiliate Marketing

Affiliate marketing is another way for businessmen to widen their visibility in the online market thru affiliates --usually hired on a commission basis - to market and promote their products in exchange of a pay. This is becoming a lot enticing to most home based job seekers, most especially those who are sales-inclined. This is a good avenue for them to earn and generate money while staying at home. However, the problem occurs visibly to those affiliate marketers who are not inclined at selling. The tips below shall help potential affiliate marketers to excel and be good at it:

1. Give yourself the time to learn and understand the intricacies of affiliate marketing. As professional affiliates would always advice, there is no better way to deal with the unfamiliar territory than getting to know how it works. Take a deep initiative to engulf yourself with the fundamental ins and outs of the marketing medium. Do not be afraid to take the blow of every failure you will experience and learn from every mistake that you commit.

2. Initiate a massive investigation as to which products are at present hitting the online market. By knowing this, you get to know which products should be your target for affiliation. Do not be enticed with products that are fads to be considered because these are usually short-lived. What is suggested is for you to look for a product which is predicted to be liked in a longer span of time.

3. Prepare and test your marketing strategies. Since you will be involved with basically a tremendous job of marketing, then you should have a marketing plan that is built strongly and powerfully. After all, it is with your genius marketing plans where you get to earn your money. So, better plan this carefully and intelligently.

Article Marketing - Announcing 4 High Impact Secrets to Breakthrough with Article Marketing

Why do a lot of marketers resort to article marketing today? The reason is simple: They would like to establish their credibility and expertise while building links for their websites using the most trusted and cost-effective marketing tool online.

Here are the 4 high impact secrets to breakthrough with article marketing:

1. Identify your potential audience. Are you writing for men, women, or both? What do they do for a living? What information will they find useful in their lives? What writing style and terms they can easily relate to? The more you know about the people to whom you are writing for, the more effective you will become in creating content that is highly targeted to their needs and demands.

2. Focus on keywords. Each of your articles must be written around a single main keyword that is highly relevant to your chosen niche. You have to use this keyword at least 6 times on your content to make your articles optimized and highly searchable online.

3. Choose topics that are related to your products. The reason for this is very simple: if you want to drive interested people to your website, you have to talk about their needs that can only be addressed by your products. That means, if you are selling diet pills, writing about watches will not give you potential clients.

4. Your articles must be publisher-friendly. To increase the chances of your articles being posted online, make sure that they conform to the publishers' universal guidelines which are: your articles must not contain hyperlinks, blatant advertisements, and inappropriate content. They must also be well-written, content-rich, useful, targeted to the needs of your target market, and direct to the point. When you are able to incorporate all these elements on your articles, you will not only please the publishers but the online users as well.

Unlock The Secrets To Successful Article Promotion

Let me ask you a very important question. Are you promoting the articles that you write so that they get picked up by other web publishers. If you are not doing this then you are losing out on a lot of qualified traffic.

Once you start doing this you will notice a big improvement in your results from your marketing efforts. Article traffic is one of the best forms of traffic as it provides the highest quality lead.

So let us look at the process of promoting your articles on the web. Their are the major article directories. What they do is that they allow the publishers of websites to promote their websites by submitting articles that they have written themselves. These articles get good search engine rankings as the article directories have very good page rank.

So when someone is searching for a specific keyword and your article focuses on that topic there is a good chance that your article will appear in the results of the search engines driving highly qualified traffic to your website.

Let us look at the reason why article directories may want to publish your articles for free. The main reason is that they have advertising on the website. So the more content that they have the more visitors they will receive from search engines. Consequently this means that they will receive more advertising impressions and more clicks from their adverts.

Another significant benefit is that your articles will be picked up by other websites as they publish it. Increasing your link popularity and your search engine rankings.

I am sure by now you may be asking a very important question. What article directories should I submit to? In my experience you only need to submit to Ezine Articles. You can submit a few articles to some of the other article directories to increase your link popularity, but they receive a lot less traffic.

My Article Marketing Process, From Beginning to End I

This article is designed to tell you exactly how I do my article marketing, just the way I do it everyday.

I identify a niche. That's kind of a basic level--I did that nine months ago. I know what my niches are so I write around those niches.

The second thing that I'll do is write out my twenty article titles for the day so that I don't have to keep getting creative. I'll do this all in Word, so that I can add to it. I will write out twenty different things that I want to write about today.

So for example, I will type in: "Article-writing, Article-marketing, List-building, Email-marketing, Niche-building, Internet-coaching." I will come up with twenty different things. That's my first step in my creative process. Then I'll go back in and I'll ask myself a question--I'll either ask about something.

For example, Article-writing. I know that I've written a couple of articles about Duplicate-content. I'll go ahead and write the title out: "Article-writing, How to avoid the duplicate-content penalty in Article Marketing." I'll go through and write a title for every single one of them. Then I'll go back in and start writing each article.

Sometimes, you'll run out of ideas. You'll get to two-hundred words and you'll just stop. Go to the next article. Write on that one. When you're finished writing that one, go back and finish the article that you've just done. I do it almost like an assembly-line system. It's almost like an assembly-line. When I'm writing these articles, a lot of times I will close all other windows--all other browser windows, on my computer. I won't answer any emails.

I won't answer the telephone if it rings. I'm just very, very, very focused on writing those articles. So the number two step is to write the articles.

Website Optimization (SEO) Explained in Brief

Search engine optimisation (seo) is the process of optimising and promoting a website over the Internet for top rankings in search engines.

A number of factors are important when optimising a website, including the content and structure of the website's copy and page layout, the HTML meta-tags and the submission process as well as off page factors, such as the number of links you have to your website.

This work needs to be done on an ongoing basis to improve your search engine rankings, Google especially is always looking for fresh content as well as links to your site from established third parties and well respected websites.

How to get a high ranking?

As well as having a well optimised and well designed website here are some of the current known facts that will assist your website in obtaining better rankings:-

The number of links to your website

The age of your website

Quality content & regular updates

The addition of new web pages

A well designed website

Links on web pages of Google PR4, or above

On page factors such as your Title & Meta tags

Ethical Methods

If you are unfamiliar with optimisation, we should mention that ethical methods for website seo are essential, to ensure that any seo work will have a positive effect on your site, not a negative one.

Over the past few years the search engines have clamped down on various 'non-ethical' methods of optimisation, a few such examples include 'keyword stuffing', 'doorway pages' and 'hidden text'. It is important that your optimisation company is aware and up to date with all the latest requirements regarding the design and optimisation of your site, otherwise rather than having a top ten listing for your site, you may find your site banned instead.....

Your Internet Presence and the People You Don't Know

Your positive Internet presence isn't just about being found in search engine results, or the number of contacts you have on various networking platforms. To a large extent it's about your approach, attitude, and philosophy about networking, or more specifically online networking.

One synonym for the word "presence" is charisma. Ultimately, someone's Internet presence is a transformation of a few basic ingredients: one's openness to new contacts (both with respect to approaching others you don't know, as well as others approaching you who don't know you); a willingness to accept some risk when it comes to helping or connecting with someone; combined with how well you project all of this in a visible way.

Unfortunately, many people - start - networking only when they have a need, and then they - stop - networking when their need has been met. This is only exacerbated by how some online networking platforms are actually set up to work. Unfortunately some networking platforms should be renamed "needworking" platforms. Most successful networkers would probably agree that networking is an ongoing process, and not one that is bound in time by an individual need.

I was introduced to a wonderful quote by a fellow networker the other day that caused me dig a little further to find the complete quote. What I found, in many ways, epitomizes the spirit of networking - and in the 21st Century - especially online networking.

From a Blog post by: John McNally Associate Professor of English at Wake Forest University

"Model of a Letter of Recommendation of a person you are unacquainted with."

*****

Paris, April 2, 1777

Sir,-- The bearer of this, who is going to America, presses me to give him a letter of recommendation, though I know nothing of him, not even his name. This may seem extraordinary, but I assure you it is not uncommon here. Sometimes, indeed, one unknown person brings another equally unknown, to recommend him; and sometimes they recommend one another! As to this gentleman, I must refer you to himself for his character and merits, with which he is certainly better acquainted than I can possibly be. I recommend him, however, to those civilities which every stranger, of whom one knows no harm, has a right to; and I request you will do him all the favour that, on further acquaintance, you shall find him to deserve. I have the honour to be, etc.

Benjamin Franklin

*****

Now that guy had presence.

So what is this supposed to imply in the context of your Internet presence and/or networking charisma? Be open to people who risk reaching out to you. Realize that everyone may not have the same experience and/or optimum polished approach that you do. As Benjamin Franklin's quote above implies be willing to take a chance on a new point of contact and give people the benefit of the doubt. For all you know, the next person that risks reaching out to you could translate into the beginning of the most fruitful relationship you'll ever develop, but if you aren't willing to take a chance on a new point of contact and give the individual the benefit of the doubt you'll never know let alone benefit.

Article marketing is considered one of the best, if not the best, website promotion strategy today. When you write articles with useful content, search engines will be able to provide you with the best traffic when your target market searches for your articles.

Here are the latest steps to improve your article marketing campaign:

1. Write for your readers. Article marketing can definitely augment your website traffic, it can also increase your sales while you establish your expertise on your chosen field. However, these can only happen when you are able to provide online users with information they need through your articles. To make sure that your articles are targeted, ask your potential readers what they need and what they want and supply the answers in the form of articles.

2. Make sure that all your articles are original. To excel in article marketing, you must not copy somebody else's work. This will not only hurt your credibility online but you can also be penalized by major search engines.

3. Distribute your articles. Aside from major publishing sites, you can also post your articles on your blogs, websites, or ezines. You can also allow other webmasters to use your articles as long as they include the link of your webpage. To make sure that your articles will be highly distributed by both webmasters and online users, make sure your content is fresh, useful, interesting, engaging, and well-written.

4. Strive for excellence. Continuously improve the quality of your articles and never get tired of submitting them on websites that can give you quality, organic traffic. Do not stop learning the process of article marketing by constantly reading eBooks, tutorials, articles, and marketing guides. How To Turn 0 Dollars Into 200 Dollars Per Day In Clickbank Profits

Contrary to popular belief, it does not take money to make money from Clickbank. You don't have to slap up tons of costly AdWords ads, or pay large fees to Search Engine Optimization companies to make a full-time income from Clickbank. Many ordinary people create a nice income using free advertising methods. Here are 3 ways you can make profits from Clickbank without spending a dime:

1. Viral Article Marketing

This refers to the method of submitting short 250-500 word articles to article directories to make affiliate sales. It is more popularly known as Bum Marketing. Basically, you include your affiliate link in your resource box (or use a redirect from your own website to the affiliate product) and let your articles do the pre-selling.

2. No-Cost Classified Advertising

Classified ad sites are a goldmine of hungry customers looking for solutions. While you might not be able to advertise your direct affiliate link on some classified ads sites, you are allowed to direct visitors to a blog where you can pre-sell your affiliate product. Short and simple classified ads have the ability to pull in some nice profits everyday.

3. Forum Maven

Become a forum authority and post informative content at niche forums. In your signature file, include your affiliate link. If you make just 10 posts a day, you should be able to generate some sales every week. This should not be used as a main strategy, but as a "supplementary" one.

By using these 3 simple methods of generating traffic to your affiliate link, it's possible for you to start making some affiliate sales on a daily basis.

Article Directory Sites - How They Work as a Promotion Tool

Writing articles related to your book's topic is a great way to drive traffic to your blog or your website. More visibility on the web keeps those little SEO spiders fed and improve your rankings. More exposure means more visitors to your site. The more articles you get out there with your signature line (that includes your web and blog addresses) the more back-links you get.

Each article should be between 300 and 700 words (some allow for up to 3000 but who reads that large of an item on the web unless it is for academic purposes?) and should be key word rich without being key word stuffed. Once you article written, edited for tightness and cohesion, and proofed it is ready to post...after you put it on your blog first! (This is to avoid getting a duplicate content slap on the wrist by some directories.) After the final version of your article is prepared and your resource signature block is perfected (all links to you and your blogs and websites are to be found here and NOT in the articles themselves):

Prepare a list of directories to submit the article

For each submission site the article requires a different title and rework some of the content (change the intro and closing and perhaps add an extra point of discussion)

Submit to no more than 2-3 directories a day. This allows the little spiders to do their work properly.

Now sit back, and watch your traffic increase. As you share your knowledge and expertise you develop an audience who will recognize you as a content authority resulting in more visits to your site. It is a very satisfying experience to watch your articles take on a life of their own.

Amazing Article Marketing - Announcing 4 Fast Ways to Make Money Through Article Marketing

Article marketing is the most effective marketing tool in the internet today - I am sure you have heard of that a million times. But what they usually don't say is that, it can only be effective if you care to do it right. You need to consider several elements to make sure that you satisfy your readers and the search engines while effectively promoting your products through your content.

1. To increase the chances of your articles being picked up and republished, make sure that they are well-written, content-rich, timely, informative, and factual. They must also be useful and offer solutions to the pressing issues of your target market. If you can consistently produce these kinds of articles, you can be assured that you will drive quality traffic to your site and establish your expertise online in no time.

2. To increase your conversion rate, strive to create compelling resource box. Remember, it must be short but catchy. Use powerful words that can potentially entice online users to check on your website. It would help if you can offer incentives like free ebooks or articles to people who click on your website's URL.

3. Write more. To strengthen your online presence and further communicate your expertise, you need to create more articles on a regular basis. This can lead to numerous inbound links that will help drive more traffic to your website and improve your page ranking.

4. Plan ahead. There are a lot of smaller tasks associated with article marketing which include: article writing, article submission, keyword and topic research, and tracking of your performance online. To make sure that you will be able to do all these tasks, I suggest that you establish a workable schedule and stick to it.

Simple and Yet Easy Way to Get Free Advertising

Why Should You Write Articles?
Newsletter and website owners are desperate for content. They will normally do a regularly search on those relevant articles, looking for quality information that will help their readers. In each article you have written, you could publish them with your information and a link to your website.

Why should you be giving out these articles free?
Lets imagine, you will normally need to pay to include your ad in a newsletter or popular website. It could be in the range of hundreds. Would it be nice to have your ad placed for free instead? Look at the bottom of this article, you will see some information with my website included, so you have proof that this method do work.

How do you write an article?
The article could be short and simple but with some valuable contents. I am not a Literary Genius either. So, just start to pick up something you know about, or a challenge that you faced, and start writing. Just do it!

What should you include at the end of the article?
Of course, you should include your name. In addition, you should also mention something that is interesting about you or your website, as well as your website link. You could also include some freebie or special offer if you have one. However, do note that this area should not be used to sell any of your products. The aim here is to get the reader to visit your website.

Amazing Article Marketing - 3 Noted Effective Methods to a Better Article Marketing

Writing articles to market your products and services is one great, cost-effective method. Although there are other equally cost-effective marketing instruments that one can use to promote an idea or a service, article marketing remains to be the top most trusted marketing medium in the internet today. This is the reason why a continued patronage is being extended to it by the majority of the business people. In addition, newer and bolder methods are being developed to further enhance the capacity of this marketing tool to persuade and goad other people. Below are some these methods:

1. Prepare the message that you wish to convey. This is commonly the article that you need to create. You need to make sure that the articles are very well made and crafted. The topics should foster interest and appeal to the targeted readers/clients. In addition, you also need to ensure that they are free from any form of incorrectness and flaws.

2. Choose the article directories where you will have your articles submitted. There are various sites that allow for a free publication of your articles. Since generally of these sites are welcoming the submission and publication for free, all you need to do is to make sure that the articles being submitted for publication pass the standards set forth by these publication sites. Make sure that they are of high quality and do not contain any substandard contents.

3. Monitor how each article submitted and published is playing on the site. Track how these articles are making an impact to your business. Be a proactive player. Make sure that plans are made to combat potential failure on each plan that you have. Although it is advised that you give your articles some time to be able to pick up, make sure that you do not wait too long to take an action when you feel that your copies are of not reaping good results.

Don't Abandon Your Competitive Niche - Just Use A Drill!

Marketing advice is all about finding a niche with little competition. The gurus are telling us to use keyword tracking tools to plumb the gold that nobody has ever plumbed before, and to build up your business around a series of micro-niches. This may be good advice for a beginner who is just starting out on the web. But it runs counter to my thinking for a couple of reasons. The irony here is the very gurus who are telling you to go out and dig up micro-niches, build dozens of differently themed sites, and maintain many different types of readers, are not doing that themselves. No, they are competing in the tough field of affiliate marketing!

I have always done the best with niches that I am familiar with. For one thing, I need to establish myself as an authority and produce good content in order to convince people to trust me. I have used my own expertise, past job experience, and hobbies to successfully pull in readers and then to actually sell them something. I am not familiar with the mating habits of hedgehogs so that would not be a good niche for me.

My experience has been on the financial and programming side of things. And, believe me, those categories are competitive. However those categories are also brimming with active surfers looking for topics like insurance, credit, programming scripts, and, of course, selling on line. When I do attract the right surfers, they do read my content, contact me, join my communities, and even make me some money. That is because I am engaged in active markets, and I work very hard to establish myself as a credible source of information!

However, it is very difficult for a one person business like mine to compete with obvious keywords on search engines or pay per click traffic. Bids for terms like insurance are often priced higher than the amount I can even make on one sale! I may be the best search engine optimizer on earth, but somebody's got an older domain with more back links that will rank higher for obvious keywords than mine.

So what am I saying? Am I telling you that I agree with the micro-niche advice? No, that's not what I'm saying. I really believe that you need to find something you are interested in because that's what you will immersed in. You need to find a topic that you have experience with because you cannot set yourself up as a credible source if you all you can do is cut and paste a Wikipedia article! What I am saying is that you stick to the main niche or category that you know how to sell, and you attract visitors with a sideways or novel approach to that topic.

I could go broke and crazy trying to compete for a term like free health insurance quotes. But I can bring in traffic when I publish content about different types of health insurance like HSA's or Mini Med Plans. I am telling you this because I know that I can establish myself as a credible source for these types of websites, and if you happen to be able to, then lets exchange links! Don't abandon your niche, just drill down into it!

The key to MySpace marketing is creating a profile that will attract the targeted audience. It is no good creating a MySpace profile where you will solely be aiming to promote your product and not yourself. In most cases, promoting your product can equal to a lot of spam and then the first week of creating your MySpace account, it will probably be flagged and deleted.

In order to succeed in the Network Marketing industry you want to provide information, knowledge about yourself, knowledge about what you know, your philosophy and your assets. In Network Marketing people like to meet like minded people.

If a individual receives a friend request from you that brings them to a page where they see positiveness, someone who is looking to help other individuals and also share similar goals and interest, they will most likely add you.

Now you know the power of FREE advertising, who says that if you mix both FREE advertising and paid advertising together that you will not have a empire of targeted leads being driven through your website on a daily basis.

Internet Marketing Tip - How to Get Clients by Giving Testimonials

Want to get the name and website of your woman small business in front of thousands of potential clients AND honor the gift of gratitude? Easy...give enthusiastic, honest, "results-based" testimonials.

At first, I had no idea this strategy could be as powerful as it is. It wasn't until I started hearing how new clients enrolled in my success coaching programs "found me" via testimonials I had on other woman small business owners' websites that I realized the potential testimonials have to create new leads.

Here's how this internet marketing tip works: Say you purchase someone's information, see them live in a workshop, read their book or work with their woman small business directly. You like their information so you offer to write a testimonial describing the results and your experience of the value they offer. Your testimonial then appears on their website, along with your name, your website address and possibly a photo.

But, here's the catch: this "money and soul" lead generating strategy ONLY works IF the testimonial you give is authentic and honest!

For example, I volunteered several testimonials for one Internet marketing expert I really like and value, until, I was asked to give a testimonial for a product I had purchased and with which I was, quite frankly, more than a little disappointed. I declined the offer to appear on their website supporting that product.

I've made well over $15,000.00 last year from new clients I gained just from appearing on someone else's websites as a testimonial. But, can you give too many testimonials?

Not likely.

Think of it this way: the more you give of your support and endorsement of someone else, the more you increase your feeling of gratitude, which brings in more abundance to you. Plus, being seen on multiple websites is a great lead generating and credibility boosting strategy! This is the essence of the "money and soul" approach to your authentic business brand.

So, whose products or programs have you experienced that you feel positive and enthusiastic about? My coaching request to you is to choose a woman small business this week, then draft a testimonial and send it to them in an email, along with how you would like your name, company name, title and website address to appear. Offer to send a photo.

An important element of this internet marketing tip is: make sure that your testimonial describes what problem you had before you used their information or service and how great your situation is now that you've implemented what you learned. If you can give specific numbers or percentages, even better.

For example, let's say you're a success coach working with busy, corporate women and you recently purchased an audio program on parenting. You loved what you learned and have a hunch that many of the author's readers would also make great clients for you. So you pen a testimonial that says something like this:

"Before I read this book (title), I couldn't get my boys to bed without a struggle every night. Now, thanks to the three little (but oh so powerful!) tips you shared, bedtime is now our favorite time to connect as a family. Thank you for helping me be as good a parent as I am a success coach!" (your name, website address and title)

In your email, let the woman small business expert know that the reason you're sending in your testimonial is because you value them and their information. Be generous in your personal note, and honest in your testimonial and you'll be sure to get authentic attention and website leads directed to you, while spreading gratitude to someone else!

SEO Content Writer: How To Find One

There are many people who still don't identify SEO with a content writer or content writing for that matter. To them SEO is some complicated technical thing that a content writer can not possibly be able to make head or tail of.

This kind of thinking is extremely expensive because it is currently costing many site owners millions of hits. The truth of the matter is that a very important and key part of SEO is the use of the best non-competitive keyword phrases for the particular site. One keyword phrase can produce millions of hits via leading search engines. Keyword phrases are used on the content and that is why it is so important for a content writer to understand the use of keywords, even if somebody else is researching them for him or her.

Hiring a content writer who understands and uses seo techniques can therefore gain you many million hits over a relatively short time. It will also save you the time and money in researching the best keywords for your site yourself, or hiring a different person to do it for you.

Finding a good SEO content writer is easier than you think. For starters carefully trace your steps backwards to how you found your seo content writer. If they used seo methods to advertise their services, then you will be pretty sure that they are experts and know exactly what they are doing.

How can you possibly believe in a seo content writer who does not use seo content writing techniques to advertise their own services?

How To Use Article Marketing To Build Your Internet Business

A powerful tool to build your small business whether it be an

online business or an offline business is through article

marketing. In this article, I will provide you with several steps

that will help you reach your potential customers.

The first step in writing an article is picking a specific topic

about your business that would have interest to your customers.

For example, if you paint houses, a good topics for an article is

"choosing the right colors for your home" or "the best way to

find a reputable home painter". Here's another example related

to a unique service I saw advertised on the window of a car

driving next to me. The service was organizing a slumber party.

It made me curious and I really wanted to know more about it.

The owner might write an article about the pitfalls of having a

slumber party or the key steps to organizing a fun-filled slumber

party.

The idea here is to write something useful but not overwhelm the

reader with too much information.

Once you have written your article, you complete it with a call

to action. This is your opportunity to give the reader a chance

to start a relationship with you. A call to action will include

one or two links to your web page. The link you provide should

take the reader to either a free report or something that you

think they will find useful. It should also have similar content

to what your original article was about.

Once you have the reader follow through with a call to action

hopefully you will have captured their information and you able

you are able start relationship with them. The type of

information you provide and capture will vary between businesses.

The painter might want to capture a phone number and reach out to

the person so he can provide more information and answer

questions. The slumber party organizer may have the reader sign

up to a seven-day eCourse explaining the process for organizing a

great and safe slumber party.

In closing, article marketing can be an extremely effective ways

to build a small business. Give it a try today!
